My name is Danielle and I am a 19 year-old college student studying in NYC.

I have recently been inspired by the Leake family, who decided to take the challenge of cutting out processed food items from it's diet for 100 days! Yes, that means no canned, packaged, bottled, or boxed food. See "The Rules" for more details.

The Rules

What you CAN eat:

-Whole foods
-Fruits and vegetables
-Dairy: milk, unsweetened yogurt, eggs, cheese
-100% whole wheat and whole grains
-Seafood
-Locally raised meats (in moderation)
-Water, milk, naturally sweetened tea/coffee, wine, beer
-Dried fruit, seeds, nuts, popcorn

What you CANNOT eat:

-Refined grains: white flour, white rice (items containing
wheat must say WHOLE wheat)
-Refined sweeteners: sugar, corn syrup, cane juice, Splenda
-Nothing out of a box, bag, bottle, can, or package that has
more than 5 ingredients
-Deep fried foods
-“Fast foods”
