25 Ridiculously Healthy Foods!

Prevention Magazine just came out with an article called "25 Ridiculously Healthy Foods." I am proud to say that my fridge is currently stocked with 12 out of the 25 foods!

Here is the list: (the ones I have are in BLUE)

  1. I have 18. I would have a couple more if they werent so darn expensive. Like the Asian pear :) I was just thinking of you as I am eating lunch (salad w tomatoes persian cucs (love them) broccoli and a little bit of brown rice just missing some beans) so I had to check in on you..
